Mobile app, advertising & tracking

Our iOS and Android apps collect the data described above to run your dog's program — your account email and (if you sign in with Apple or Google) your name, your dog's profile and quiz answers, training progress, and purchase and subscription status, along with standard device and usage information. Billing is handled by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.

We advertise on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to reach new dog guardians, and we measure which ads work. To do this we share a limited set of data with Meta: a hashed (irreversible) version of your email, app events such as starting a trial or subscribing, and — only if you grant permission on the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt — your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

On first launch, iOS asks whether the app may track you to measure advertising. If you decline, we do not use your IDFA and the app works exactly the same; we still measure ads using the privacy-preserving methods Apple and Meta provide. You can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. We never sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze site traffic, and understand user behavior. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.
